I have just design my site, its a property management and maintenance site.
Please review for design, layout and give me some honest feedback. Suggestions are also welcome.

It looks very clean and simple to me. Nice job!

This is simply my opinon as the reader. I might make the text in the white box a little smaller so that there will be just a bit more white space there. Also, the top in Green could use just a bit more pizazz..seemst to be a bit too much empty space there.

Overall though, I think you presented the information clearly and it was easy to navigate. That's really the most important thing imho when it comes to web design.

it has a nice clean layout, and is simple which is good. However i agree with ZammaJannan your site logo banner does need something to fill out that empty space, maybe some images of properties or Fethiye itself. It would just nicely complement the design.

I like the design. It looks original but you need to have a banner on it. A banner is what helps sites to be known.

yes yes. maybe you can extend the title to the right a bit.
and the navigation links opposite it, to the left a bit.

and oh. i guess it would be better if the menu (texts) would be equal to, if not larger than, the font size of the body text. but not smaller, in my opinion
