Please tell me about "Links with nofollow attribute" what is it?

You can, but it's not as much benefit to you as one that follows because no-follow tells search engine spiders not to follow links back to your page.

Basically you can link to any website that has a no follow attribute but it would not help your standings at all. Let’s say that you have web design company that has its own website and you have many links with a lot of no follow links. Google won’t be giving you a good pr for it.
