If your site is a blog then you may want to try Entrecard. Currently this is what I am doing to get some free advertisement.

ya you use all the seo technique to promote or get traffic on your sites firstly add search engine,article,directory,forum,press release submissions & than do link building that play a great role to increase traffic on your website because I have one new site that is www.dzinearticles.com Recently I use all seo techniques on my site.

This is practice that I usually see on Digitalpoints. I am also thinking of selling my signature space for a while but I just shy away from doing it. I think that I would just use my signature space for my own link building of sites that I would be building.

I have a son who is disabled. He was born that way. He is now 2 1/2 years old. I have a support site for him and I promote it via banner exchanges (FREE), Traffic Exchanges (Cost a little of your time but money wise FREE) Link Exchanges and linking TO other relative sites that search engines pick up. It really seems to help a lot

I remember that my first time with buying some traffic to my site is with Project Wonderful. The latter did give my site a boost but I had to stop it since I am not making any money at that time.
