I am sure it will help me get more traffic. I haven't tried though. I'm still looking for good banner exchange sites. I want to get more hits.

How about for SEO? Will it help?

Never tried this too, but I might. Don't you think it's a waste of time?

How about manual traffic exhange sites and autosurf sites? Have you tried these?

Excuse my ignorance, but what is a manual traffic exchange site? I am not familiar with that!

Autosurf sites are HYIP sites, right? Or am I totally wrong?

It's got to be a waste of time. Just find someone who's website is related to yours, and ask for a banner exchange. It doesn't always have to be 468x68 either, it can always be smaller, or maybe just a link.

Make sure that you are exchanging with some site that has a high traffic. Don’t forget to exchange only with someone who has the same niche as yours.
