Hi,
I have just found this piece of code to allow me to link text and at the same time hide the destination URL: <a onmouseover="window.status='You are now visiting another page';return true;" onmouseout="window.status='';return true;" href="http://mywebsite.com">Clicking Here</a> This piece of code works fine for text, but it doesn't work when hyperlinking images, can anyone tell me why and how to resolve it? Check car insurance cover, rugby fans told
Fans heading to France for the kick off of the Rugby World Cup need to ensure their car insurance policies are up-to-date before they hit the road, the Association of British Insurers (ABI) has warned. According to the ABI, anyone travelling across the channel to France needs to check that their policies cover them for the entire duration of their stay in the country. "Check your insurance to see whether or not the level of your UK cover extends to cover you in France," a spokesperson for the ABI said. "What you will be covered for is the minimum legal requirement in France, so if you drive to France and don't tell your insurer, you're not breaking the law. "But you may not be covered if your vehicle is stolen and you may not be covered if you're involved in an accident and you need to get it repaired," they added. ABI also warned motorists to ensure they are covered in the event of an accident or theft while travelling to matches. Foreign and Commonwealth Office statistics show drive driving is also a potential accident risk when abroad. Over 40 per cent of people admitted drinking 'much more' when on holiday than they usually do at home. Apply for a car loan - Need a new car but don't have the cash? Hi there,
This is actually not a standard attribute and is only supported by IE. FireFox doesn't react to it at all. I doubt regular people actually pay much attention to it anyway. My sense is that browsers tend to try and be as transparent as possible and want to allow people to know where they will be taken if they click on a link. Cheers, Ludo |

Yes, Ludo hit the nail right on the head. Its been my experience that FireFox doesn't react at all and being as how the majority of people use FireFox it would almost be pointless and in fact most likely go unnoticed by most people. I do however understand why you might want to mask. I for one an in affiliate programs which require you to mask. If I happen to come across anything that is a sure fire fix I'll private message you and also post here. Thanks and good luck!
