		<description>Are clients are very unaware of this.? No, They think don't know it exists and if they do know it exists, they think it just happens magically. 

Before we start selling it, I believe we must educate them. Once they understand it's happens without them but can be improved once it has a chance, it'll sell itself. Once they see the connection between ROI and IA... it'll be easy.</description>
