We are in need of an Inside Sales / Account Manager to assist in closing new business and managing clients throughout the process of building their website. This role is the focal point to our continued growth and is responsible for differentiating our business, demonstrating our value points, setting proper expectations and managing the client until the successful delivery of their website.

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales / Account Manager include:

• Responding to potential prospects from inbound leads via email and telephone.
• Effectively qualify opportunities by identifying budget, authority, need and timeframe for launching a website.
• Consistently meet inbound lead turn around and follow up communication requirements.
• Effectively determine the prospects needs, match those needs to our services / packages and craft a scope of services.
• Develop and present proposal and statements of work for website design services.
• Create an maintain lead and account information in the CRM system.
• Maintain client communication and provide status updates during the production process.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of sales experience and account management
• Experience with managing the sales process with remote contacts via email and phone
• Knowledge of website design process including planning, content creation, design, development and marketing
• Understanding of the business use of websites, how to determine effectiveness and measure analytics
• Experience in sales management systems such as Pipeline Deals or Sales Force

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ecommerce websites and platforms
• Knowledge of search engine optimization
• Experience with social media platforms such as Twitter / Facebook

We are in need of an Internet Marketing generalist to assist with designing & developing web sites for small – mid-sized businesses. This role is the center-point of our team and is vital to the success of creating new, and maintaining existing solutions for our clientele. The majority of your workload will be centered on new web design / development, but a solid dose of website content maintenance, email marketing, SEO and PPC will be sprinkled in to keep things exciting. A solid knowledgebase of all things Internet Marketing is needed and ability for the continual sharpening of the saw is a must.

Our website products are delivered almost exclusively on the WordPress platform, and experience with WordPress is a must! We push WP to its limits and expect you to have a solid understanding of the admin back-end, common plugins, and how to integrate custom designs onto the system. In addition to a healthy balance of good design skills and basic CSS/HTML skills this position requires a bit of organization to stay on top of the numerous projects we have going simultaneously and to coordinate with some outside vendors. Organization, great verbal / written communications and a good sense of humor are all additional necessities of this role.

Familiarity with ecommerce, email delivery systems and social media platforms are helpful.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional web design experience
• Experience with customizing and maintaining WordPress Themes
• Experience in HTML, CSS, PHP, Java Script & JQuery
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.)
• Graphic Design Experience – Clean, Professional Style

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of search engine optimization techniques
